PRICES

• High season - €4690/week. From 25/06/22 al 26/08/22
  7 compulsory nights from Saturday to Saturday
• Mid season - €570/night. 
  From 10/03/22 to 24/06/22. From 27/08/22 to 23/06/23
  minimum stay of 3 nights. From 4° night we offer you discount of 10%.

Prices are inclusive of electricity, gas and water, linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and swimming pool.

For stays of one week, there will be a midweek cleaning included in the price. For stays of two or more weeks, there will be midweek cleaning plus Saturday (with linen change), all cleaning included in the price.



FORBIDDEN: Pets and smoking in the house.

Check-in: 16.00 / Check-out: 10.00.

Upon arrival a security deposit of € 800 will be required which will be returned upon check out after checking the house.

Available: 3 cots, 1 cot for babies of 6 months or less, 2 table seats, 1 high chair for children.
