to confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit is required, and the balance 2 weeks before arrival.



prices are inclusive of electricity, gas and water, linen for bathroom/bed/swimming pool.

for stays of one week, there will be a midweek cleaning included in the price. for stays of two or more weeks, there will be midweek cleaning plus saturday (with linen change), all cleaning included in the price.



forbidden: pets and smoking in the house.

check-in: 16.00 / check-out: 10.00.

upon arrival a security deposit of € 800 will be required which will be returned upon check out after checking the house.

available: 3 cots, 1 cot for babies of 6 months or less, 2 table seats, 1 high chair for children.
